YPS-AAEM Young Physician Awards

Know an Outstanding Young Physician? Recognize Them Today!

The Young Physicians Section of AAEM (YPS-AAEM) is thrilled to announce that we will be honoring the extraordinary talent, commitment, and impact of young physicians through our YPS-AAEM Young Physician Awards. These awards are more than just recognition — they honor the individuals who embody the values of our specialty and inspire others through their excellence and leadership.

Nominations can be submitted by any member of AAEM or AAEM/RSA. The award recipients will be determined by the YPS-AAEM Operating Board. Nominate a colleague or mentor and give them the recognition they deserve on a national stage. It’s your chance to highlight their achievements and inspire others in the emergency medicine community.

We encourage both self nominations and nominations of others.

Nomination Deadline: February 9, 2026, at 11:59pm CT
