Sean Geary, MD is an Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine and Surgical Critical Care at the Albany Medical Center Hospital where he also serves as the Residency Director for the Emergency Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Geary works is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, Surgical Critical Care and NeuroCritical Care and works clinically in the ED, SICU, CVICU and Neuro-ICU at AMC.

Luke Duncan is the division chief of Emergency Critical Care at Albany Medical Center. He holds appointments in both the departments of Emergency Medicine and Surgery. He is the founding director of the institution's Extracorporeal Life Support Service and serves as the medical director of the CVICU. His academic interest include mechanisms to address ICU boarding, quality improvement in ECLS and cardiac surgery, hemodynamic monitoring, and trauma care.

Dr. Wu is an Emergency and Critical Care Medicine who grew up in the Boston area but has spent most of his adult life wandering up and down the I-90 corridor. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Albany Medical Center in 2017, serving as chief resident.

Elias Wan, MD FAAEM is a board-certified Emergency Medicine and Critical Care physician. He completed his Emergency Medicine Residency at Icahn School of Medicine – Beth Israel in Manhattan and Internal Medicine Critical Care Fellowship at Albert Einstein School of Medicine – Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, New York where he also served as the Chief Academic Fellow in his senior year.

Dr. Shiber completed his undergraduate degree and further graduate studies at Johns Hopkins University, and then medical school at U. of Maryland. He was the first graduate of the combined EM-IM Residency at U. Maryland Medical System (UMMS) where he was Chief Resident.

Dr. Phillips is a former junior high teacher turned emergency physician and intensivist. He graduated medical school from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and went on to do both an emergency medicine residency at the Stanford University/Kaiser EM program and an anesthesia critical care fellowship at Stanford University.

Dr. Tsuyoshi Mitarai was born and grew up in Japan until he was 17. He graduated from University of Rochester School of Medicine in 2002 and completed his combined internal medicine/emergency medicine residency at University of Maryland in 2007.

Skyler Lentz, MD, FAAEM is a board-certified emergency and critical care physician. He regular speaks locally, regionally and nationally on mechanical ventilation and other critical care topics.

Trying to understand the lifelong lesson that is the art of medicine is an ongoing and daily practice. As an emergency physician with a hankering for trauma critical care and emergency ultrasound with a sprinkling of global health and simulation curricula, Ashika continues to take the opportunity to combine passions.

Dr. Bailey is an Emergency Medicine Intensivist, Dr. Bailey completed her Emergency Medicine Residency and a Faculty Fellowship in Critical Care at the Medical College of PA in Philadelphia. Her career is rooted in education, trainee development and mentorship.

Max Hockstein works as both an emergency physician and cardiovascular surgical intensivist in Washington, DC. Interests include echocardiography, mechanical circulatory support, and clinical/translational research.

Dr. Gordon is an Emergency Medicine / Critical Care physician with an additional year of advanced resuscitation training. He has spoken at multiple resident lectures as contributed to the Maryland Critical Care Project, The Crashing Patient Conference, and the Critical Care Symposium.

Dr. Harman S Gill is a dual trained EM-CCM physician at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.  He also serves as the APD for the IM-CCM fellowship program and the residency research director for the DHMC EM residency.
