The American Academy of Emergency Medicine (AAEM) does not condone nor will it tolerate targeted attacks against speakers, AAEM members, or attendees at any AAEM function or in any AAEM product based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, political affiliation, or any other identifiable characteristics.
Any committee, section, board member, officer, individual, or other recognized group of AAEM members will be in violation of AAEM policy if it engages in discriminatory conduct directed against an individual or an identifiable group of AAEM members or other attendees at any AAEM sponsored event or in relation with any AAEM product. Violations will be reported to the full board of directors for resolution.
