The ED Operations Certificate Course (EDOCC) is a 12-month hybrid program for ED administrators to determine the critical bottlenecks to patient flow, understand the most important factors that affect patient experience and staff burnout, ensure safe, high-quality care, and identify and quantify opportunities for improvement.
