AAEM/RSA ICCEM Course (2026)

Join us for Introduction to Critical Care in Emergency Medicine (ICCEM), a course designed to prepare third- and fourth-year medical students and emergency medicine interns for providing essential critical care in the emergency department (ED). Early critical interventions are vital, particularly in primary treatment centers and rural EDs, where immediate action can make a life-saving difference.

This course equips participants to care for ICU-bound patients transitioning to a higher level of care, ensuring they can deliver consistent, evidence-based treatment. With the most up-to-date and relevant knowledge, ICCEM prepares you to meet the challenges of critical care in any setting.
