Congress Cancellation Policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing. A $75 USD processing fee will be charged for cancellations received on or before 8 August 2023. Refunds are processed after the meeting. No refunds are granted if cancellation is received on or after 9 August 2023. Special considerations will be given for health or family emergencies if requested in writing no later than 15 days after the last day of the meeting.
