MEMC23 is pleased to offer one (1) hotel option for attendees which is the official hotel for MEMC23; no other hotels are affiliated with MEMC23. We encourage you to book your hotel reservation early; rates and room types are subject to hotel availability.
The main dates are 7-10 September, anything outside of that booking will not be found for the MEMC23 block. To book a reservation with dates outside of the 7-10 September, please email events.rhodes@sheraton.com.

Rates quoted are in Euro(€) and are inclusive of buffet breakfast at the hotel’s designated breakfast areas.
Rates include local taxes, currently 13.56% on room and breakfast (room, F&B or city tax increases will be applied automatically)
Rates do not include automatic or mandatory charges, tips, gratuities or service charges for employees, unless otherwise expressly stated.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations will be charged a one night non-refundable to guarantee their room. Additional deposits can be made by the guest authorizing prepayment to the credit card used to make the reservation. Deposits are refundable, except the one night charged for room guarantee, if notice is received by hotel at least 45 days (21 July 2023) prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. The remaining amount of each reservation will be collected by the hotel upon arrival.
