Below is important information that you should know before you arrive, including check-in, downloading the mobile app, and claiming CME.
Continuing Education
AAEM is pleased to provide AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™ for MEMC23 and pre-congress courses. CME certificates are not available onsite. Attendees will receive a link via email to claim CME or a certificate of attendance online within 30 days following the congress. If you do not receive an email by October 10 with a link to claim CME, please check your spam/junk folder or email AAEM.

Make the Registration Desk Your First Stop
Check-in at the AAEM Registration Desk located on Sheraton Rhodes Resort Imperial Marble Foyer, on the 7th Floor (maps are available on the mobile app). Pick up your registration bag and attendee name badge. AAEM staff will be on hand to answer any questions.

Oral Abstracts and Posters
View all of the MEMC23 oral abstracts and posters on the AAEM Meetings mobile app listed in the “Browse Sessions” then “Browse by Session Type”. Scroll down the list to find Oral Abstracts and Poster Session.
Evaluations
Speaker and session evaluations will be on the mobile app. Navigate to the specific session within the mobile app to complete the evaluation. Please complete evaluations for each session/speaker you attend.
Breakfast
Breakfast buffet is included in your room rate and served daily at Castellania from 7:00 AM-10:30 AM. Please make sure to enjoy breakfast prior to the first session beginning at 8:00am each day. If you are not staying at the congress hotel, please plan accordingly as breakfast will not be provided.
Lunch
Lunch will be on your own. The Mediterraneo located in the gardens near the main pool of the hotel serves lunch daily starting at 12:00 PM. The Knights Bar located on the 6th floor serves a limited menu during lunch as well.
Special note that on Friday, 8 September, Bayer Crop Science will be hosting a Non-CME Lunch Symposium.

The Sheraton Rhodes Resort offers 24 hours room service.
