  • Wednesday, August 12: Research abstracts and case reports submissions open
  • Wednesday, September 16 at 10:59pm CT: Research abstracts and case reports submissions close. No extensions.
  • Friday, November 6: Notification of research abstracts and case reports acceptance or declination
