Registration Rates
Registration follows a tiered structure based on when you sign up — the earlier you register, the more you save. Lock in the best value by registering during the early-bird period. Prices increase after each deadline.
AAEM/RSA Resident and Student members will continue to benefit from a refundable deposit for attending AAEM27. Registration fees are paid upfront, and the deposit is refunded after attending the conference. Resident and Student members who register on or after April 19th are not eligible for the refundable deposit unless a formal exception request is submitted and approved via email.

Please note: Prices marked with an * are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy: Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to AAEM27. All cancellations are subject to a $50 processing fee, and refunds are issued within 30 days after the conference concludes. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made fewer than 30 days prior to April 25th, except in cases of extenuating circumstances. In those situations, a written request must be submitted via email within 15 days of the conclusion of the conference.

International Visitors: Passport & Visa Information
To visit the United States, you must have a valid passport. For many participants, letters of invitation help smooth the visa process. AAEM wishes to support international attendees in their efforts to secure the needed travel documentation.
Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa and authorization to attend AAEM27 must:
- Register for the meeting, and
- Request a Visa Letter of Invitation by emailing Kristy Dziatkiewicz , Education and Program Manager.
Your email must include:
- Full Name and Designation(s)
- Company/Institution
- Email Address
- Mailing Address (including Street, City, State/Province, Postal Code, and Country)
Important Notes
- The letter of invitation does not create any financial obligation for the American Academy of Emergency Medicine (AAEM); all expenses are the sole responsibility of the attendee.
- AAEM does not guarantee visa approval; the decision rests entirely with the embassy or consulate, and AAEM cannot intervene if your application is denied.
- AAEM does not send letters of invitation via express mail services.
- AAEM strongly recommends advance travel planning and early visa application.
