Your registration for AAEM25 grants you comprehensive access to the 31st Scientific Assembly. This includes participation in CME activities, award presentations, and various competitions. Additionally, you’ll enjoy networking social activities (some exclusions may apply) and access to recorded educational content post-event for a holistic experience.
Guest registration is intended for family members, spouses, and individuals not engaged in medical, nursing, or related professions. Guests are welcome at non-ticketed social events during the Scientific Assembly. They must wear the event-provided name badge at all times. Please note that guests cannot attend activities requiring separate registration, such as some social events, small group clinic sessions, and educational add-ons.
To prioritize in-person interaction and engagement, AAEM25 sessions will not be live-streamed. However, to accommodate those who cannot attend in person, recorded educational content will be made available on AAEM CME Online 90 days after the conference.
Post-conference, you can access the recorded AAEM24 sessions on AAEM CME Online. These resources come with the added benefit of CME claiming eligibility for up to three years, providing you with extended learning opportunities well after the event concludes.

Most sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis without the need for advance registration. However, certain add-on educational courses and networking/social events may require specific registration.
