The American Academy of Emergency Medicine (AAEM) invites members of the press to attend its 32nd Annual Scientific Assembly (AAEM26), taking place from April 11-15, 2026, in Seattle, Washington. This event offers exclusive access to expert insights, networking opportunities, and tailored content on the latest trends in emergency medicine.

Registration Details

Eligibility: Open to journalists and media representatives with valid credentials. This includes reporters, editors, photographers, and videographers associated with established media organizations.

Registration Process: Interested press should complete the AAEM26 press registration form. Approval and confirmation will be sent post verification.

Deadline: Registrations must be submitted by Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 11:59 pm CT.

Press Credentials

Acceptable credentials include:

  • Official press ID
  • A letter of assignment from a media organization
  • Examples of recent work relevant to emergency medicine

Freelance journalists must provide a letter of assignment and recent work samples.

Press Registration Policies

Requirements

  • All media representatives must submit the AAEM26 press registration form along with valid press credentials.
  • Credentials are required on-site to receive a press badge.

Eligibility

  • Registration as press is exclusively for editorial staff.
  • Representatives of advertising or marketing will not be registered as press.

Approval Process

  • Each press registration form will be reviewed by AAEM staff.
  • Approval is at the discretion of AAEM management.
  • Submission of the form does not guarantee a press pass.
  • Press passes are reserved for those covering the event in a media capacity, as determined by AAEM.

Access & Benefits

  • Approved applicants will receive complimentary access to the event.

Media Policies

  • Photography and videography are subject to AAEM’s approval and may require prior written permission.
