AAEM’s 30^th Annual Scientific Assembly will take place April 27-May 1, 2024 at the JW Marriott Austin in Austin, TX!

AAEM’s Scientific Assembly is one of the most anticipated academic conferences of the year, with a focus on cutting edge clinical medicine as well as practical application to patient care. You will have many opportunities for networking through various social events and open invitations to attend any committee, section, or interest group meetings.

We will take an innovative and practical look at various topics within emergency medicine that shape our field of practice. We are excited to expand the conversation on the topics of toxicology, cardiology, critical care, infectious disease, and many more. By combining discussion from leading scholars with innovative medical nuances, we hope to provide a resource to enhance the understanding of our beloved specialty. 

Competition Submissions Now Open!

We are accepting submissions for the AAEM24 competitions through October 10th. The Scientific Assembly Competitions highlight the research, writing, and speaking skills of students, residents, young physicians, and attending physicians. Several of these categories offer cash honorarium for the top presenters! Learn more and submit.
