Virtual Course Series
Jointly provided by AAEM and Emergency Ultrasound Section of AAEM (EUS-AAEM)
About the Course
Many emergency physicians graduated residency prior to point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) becoming routine in the emergency department (ED) or becoming an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) milestone. While many emergency physicians have mastered some form of POCUS, most particularly the FAST exam, many have not learned other basic POCUS skills or any advanced skills. This course will help fill in the gaps and teach both a beginner and advanced curriculum. Take this didactic virtual course now and sign up for AAEM21 Beginner and/or Advanced Course in St. Louis for hands-on practice and mentoring.
