Elections for the GLAAEM Board of Directors will open soon!

The GLAAEM Board of Directors is comprised of four (4) individual state directors, two (2) Resident Representatives in addition to the principal officers of Chapter Division. The principal officers of Chapter Division are the President, Vice-President, Secretary-Treasurer and Immediate Past-President.

• Ohio Representative (term limit: 2 years; one open position)
• Illinois Representative (term limit: 2 years; one open position)
• Iowa Representative (term limit: 2 years; one open position)
• Minnesota Representative (term limit: 2 years; one open position)

Board of Director Responsibilities

State Representatives
Addresses emergency medicine and other GLAAEM issues brought to the Board of Directors. Participates in various GLAAEM councils and attends monthly board meetings via Zoom. Also, assists in coordinating GLAAEM projects, such as planning for the annual GLAAEM Educational Symposium.
