Registration Details
Due to limited course size, please register as soon as possible. Capacity is 40 registrants for each course date. Please register online to confirm course availability. If course date is full, a wait list is available. Due to the course’s one to one registrant to examiner ratio format, no additional registrants may be added to a course date once capacity is reached.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the course’s high faculty-to-student ratio, refunds for cancellations will be authorized ONLY by written request received at least 14 days prior to the start date of the course and if a replacement registrant can be found. If a replacement registrant is found, a full refund of registration fees minus $100.00 will be provided.
Recording and Permissions
Recording (video or audio) or duplication of any materials or content is prohibited. Permission from AAEM must be granted in writing prior to the program or event.
