25th Annual Scientific Assembly

Call for Educational Proposals

Thank you for submitting educational proposals! AAEM19 submissions are now closed.

The AAEM19 Planning Subcommittee is now reviewing submissions and will follow up with everyone who submitted a proposal by December 15.

If you missed the deadline and would still like to speak at AAEM19, please consider submitting a proposal to speak at the Open Mic Competition.

What is Open Mic?

Open Mic is a proud tradition within AAEM, where attendees have the unique opportunity to speak at a national meeting. This open-floor format allows 16 "new voices" to be heard and evaluated by education committee members and conference attendees.

Registered Open Mic participants will have an opportunity to present a 25-minute lecture (20 minutes for presentation, 5 minutes for questions) on any topic of their choosing. The top two speakers will be invited to give a formal presentation at the 2020 Scientific Assembly in Phoenix, AZ.  More information on how to submit for Open Mic will be released in September.

The AAEM19 preliminary program will be available in Fall 2018.

We look forward to seeing you in Las Vegas!
