Monday, March 11 AAEM Wellness Coffee Crawl Meet at Giada's Pronto Restaurant in Caesars Palace | 7:00am Re-energize by grabbing a few friends for an inaugural Coffee Crawl. We have mapped out a route for you to participate at your own pace. Walk, run, or jog to a few coffee destinations along the strip and get fortified for the day’s education. First-Time Attendee Meet-Up Forum 9 Foyer | 7:30am and 3:30pm Two options to meet-up: join us before the plenary session at 7:30am or during the afternoon break at 3:30pm. We invite first-time attendees to join us for a welcome meet-up. We hope that you will find AAEM19 to be an engaging meeting and come away with both increased clinical knowledge and lasting connections. To enhance this opportunity, we invite you to mingle with fellow first-time attendees, AAEM and RSA wellness committee members, and more. This is a great opportunity to familiarize yourself with the AAEM19 meeting, learn ‘insider tips’ for attending educational sessions, networking at the socials, committees, wellness and educational events, plus ask any questions you may have. They are sometimes funny or inappropriate or heartbreaking. Others affirm our decision to become doctors in the first place. Come to an evening which promises to showcase the great range of human experience — to enlighten minds, expose vulnerabilities, and quietly suggest ways to overcome the challenges we all face each day.
