The practice of Tai Chi offers exercise, connection, balance and flexibility. While many forms exist, the intent of all is to integrate the mind and the body, conscious control of movement and breathing, fostering tranquility and harmony. Create a peaceful foundation for the rest of your day by joining the wellness committees at 6:30am on Wednesday, April 11th for this new event.
Please plan to arrive at 6:15am. Pre-registration is not required. You will be required to fill out a liability waiver on-site in order to participate in this event. Mats and/or towels will be provided by the hotel.
