At the conclusion of AAEM18, members have the option to donate their refundable deposit to the Kevin G. Rodgers Fund a part of the new AAEM Charitable Organization – the AAEM Institute for Leadership, Education & Advancement in the Development of Emergency Medicine, Inc. (LEAD-EM) or have the full amount credited back to them. EIN 82-4627012.

*Residents and students will automatically be registered as AAEM/RSA members for the 2018-2019 membership year (pending eligibility).

Assembly Dates

Pre-conference activities will take place on Saturday, April 7 and the morning of Sunday, April 8. The Scientific Assembly will begin with the Opening Remarks the afternoon of Sunday, April 8 and concludes on Wednesday, April 11, 2018.

Conference Cancellation Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing at least one month prior to the event. A $50 processing fee will be charged for cancellations. Refunds are processed after the meeting. No refunds are granted if cancellation is received less than one month prior to the event. Special considerations will be given for health or family emergencies if requested in writing no later than 15 days after the last day of the meeting.
