AAEM Encourages Membership to Participate in Free Internet Bio-Terrorism
Intervention Web Conferencing Program
Anywhere Web Conferencing, the University of Tennessee and
the Detroit Medical Center have joined together to provide emergency medicine
physicians free online interactive web conferencing education on Chemical
Weapons and Bio-Terrorism. The course is called Bio-Terrorism 101 (BT
101). The program can be attended on any IBM compatible computer with
an Internet connection.
The programs are being taught in three one-hour sessions
with topics covering: Chemical Weapons and Bio-Terrorism Overview, Anthrax,
and Preparing for the Future. Presentations will be by nationally recognized
physician experts. All members are encouraged to register for the program
