Elections Held, Bioterrorism Expert to Address Membership

The Wisconsin Chapter of AAEM has elected new officers for the coming year. The results are: Joe Hodgson, President; Steve Stroman, Vice President, Laura Vogel-Schwartz, Secretary and Darren Heesacker, Treasurer.

The Wisconsin Chapter also co-sponsored a CME visit from Howard Levitin, MD on December 19. Dr. Levitin is a nationally recognized expert on bioterrorism. He met with local physicians, hospital administrators, EMS providers and government officials in Green Bay.

WiAAEM is the Wisconsin State Chapter of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine. Dr. Joe Hodgson is the President of WiAAEM and can be reached at jhodgson@baycare.net.
