The American Academy of Emergency Medicine (AAEM) encourages you to consider forming a state chapter of AAEM. You may accomplish this with a few interested members, a little initiative and time.

AAEM developed a program to help with the establishment of state chapters, including a State Chapter Committee and a State Chapter Tool Kit. The tool kit consists of a CD which provides an easy process to start a new state chapter. The CD includes examples of virtually every document needed to start a state chapter.
