General Accounting Office Issues EMTALA Report

Below you will find a link for an EMTALA report by the General Accounting Office. The AAEM leadership was interviewed regarding this matter. AAEM raised the critical issue of the non-funded mandate that EMTALA represents and the impact on those practicing Emergency Medicine.

NOTICE:
