Getting to Las Vegas

Flight Information

The closest airport to the meeting site is the McCarran International Airport. The airport is located about 5 miles south of downtown Las Vegas. For best airfare rates, make your flight reservations at least three weeks in advance of your travel.

Transportation from Airport to Hotel

Discounted shared shuttle service is available from the airport to Planet Hollywood: http://groups.supershuttle.com/aaemsa16discount.html. For best results, order this service in advance of your arrival in Las Vegas.

Super Shuttle Directions for Terminal 1: After collecting your luggage, exit the baggage claim area via Door 11 (behind Starbucks) and proceed right to the SuperShuttle ticket booth to speak with a uniformed Customer Service Representative.

Super Shuttle Directions for Terminal 3: After collecting your luggage, proceed to the SuperShuttle ticket booth to speak with a uniformed Customer Service Representative. The SuperShuttle booth is located outside of Door 53, to the right of the baggage claim.

    The Monorail travels from Sahara Ave to the MGM Grand 7 days per week from 7 a.m. - 12 a.m; Monday, Tuesday - Thursday 7 a.m. - 2 a.m. and 7 a.m. - 3 a.m. Friday-Sunday. Visit website for location stops and ticket prices. www.lvmonorail.com
     
  • Vegas on Foot
    You will still cover a lot of the city on foot.  Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and carry a bottle of water, especially during summer months.
